Summer is ending, the warmth is fading and the days are getting shockingly shorter. Perhaps you find yourself wondering how, as you kick into high gear for the fall, will you maintain the perspective and equanimity that seemed so much easier to access in the summer months. Try to get yourself to one of our fabulous fall courses (we have a great line-up, check it out), but as another good tonic let me suggest having a look at the Four Agreements.
