Endangered Orcas Need Immediate Help

Lifeforce, a Vancouver based ecology organization, is calling upon the Canadian and US governments to take immediate actions to protect the endangered Southern Community of orcas. Both governments are developing Orca Recovery Plans but it may be too little too late.

Park may sue airline for pollution

China Eastern Airlines is facing a potential lawsuit after the park, the site where one of its planes crashed last year killing 55 people, has asked for a 105 million yuan (US$13 million) compensation. The airline is being blamed for the environmental pollution that resulted from the disaster.
