To provide an avenue and share information for those concerned about sustainable small-scale harvesting of alternative products. To provide a strong aboriginal focus and to promote wildcrafting as an economic activity consistent with aboriginal rights.
An association for those involved in harvesting and selling botanical products (includes mushrooms, forest botanicals, floral products, herbal products and oils); participates in government consultations on the agro-forestry industries; provides speakers.
A registered, non-profit society with federal charitable status.
